kern: vfs: Add initial vfsops, and mount code
This commit introduces the groundwork for mountpoints, filesystems and the VFS as a whole. OMAR is now initialized as its own filesystem by the VFS Signed-off-by: Ian Moffett <ian@osmora.org>
